Strategic Execution * Project Management * Knowledge Management * Student Engagement and Growth *
The amazing thing about having a rational, intuitive mind, is that it is as Receptive as it is Perceptive........ KF
I am a Business Strategist and Project Manager who works with organizations in a multitude of industries in strategic planning, managing development projects and organizational development. After more than three decades working in Project Planning and Execution, I know first-hand how to facilitate effective and efficient projects by engaging and directing the project staff and creating immediate value for Executive Stakeholders. I have found that it's the people that power the projects - motivation, persuasion and determination. The Technical elements support the Human element.
I have initiated process improvements, practice management, project management and facilitation of a large biopharmaceutical client and several smaller clients for a mid-sized IP law firm, advanced technology projects for an R&D unit in a large telecommunications firm, and several bleeding-edge technology firms.
I am an Adjunct Professor for a college continuing education program in leadership and project management, and an undergraduate Bachelor's strategic management program.
I have developed all the curriculum content for all courses I have taught, including a professional development seminar for a non-profit organization.
Currently I am the Digital Equity Program Manager for Community Tech NY.

STRATEGIC THINKING
"I am not a product of my circumstances.
I am a product of my decisions."
Stephen Covey
REAL LEADERS
"A real leader can somehow get us to do certain things that deep down we think are good and want to be able to do but usually can’t get ourselves to do on our own. It’s a mysterious quality, hard to define, but we always know it when we see it, even as kids."
David Foster Wallace
