3/18/16: I will monitor Squarespace's actions here. Having a non-discrimination policy is not the same as creating a comfortable, equitable, innovative work space. If everyone in the environment is expected to conform to a blanched model, there's no true diversity. Even if there are people of other cultures present. I was under the impression Squarespace was an ethical organization. If I don't like what I read (on how these two allegations are being addressed), I will be moving my site and encouraging my friends to do the same.
